Dashboards for Top 10 & Top 20 Vendor Analysis

At first, I built a vendor app to collect and manage vendor data, then integrated and blended this data with SQL before bringing it into Power BI for analysis. This Power BI dashboard provides a comprehensive analysis of vendor performance, focusing on the Top 10 and Top 20 vendors based on key metrics such as total spend. The dashboard enables users to identify high-value vendors, track spending trends, and optimize procurement strategies.
