Python

I have a fundamental understanding of Python, having completed the PCEP – Entry-Level Python Programmer certification at the age of 16. This early certification provided me with a strong foundation in Python, reinforcing my proficiency in core programming concepts and best practices.

MICROSOFT ENTRA ID

IMicrosoft Entra is a suite of identity and access management (IAM) solutions designed to secure access to resources across cloud and on-premises environments. It includes Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management, Entra Permissions Management for enforcing least privilege access, and Entra Verified ID for decentralized identity verification. Entra helps organizations enhance security, manage identities efficiently, and ensure compliance through advanced authentication, conditional access, and identity governance. I have experience in running this internally at companies I have worked at.

MICROSOFT 365 Co-Pilot(S)

Microsoft Copilot is an AI-powered assistant integrated across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other services to enhance productivity through automation, content generation, and real-time suggestions. Copilot Studio allows users to customize and extend Copilot with low-code tools, while Copilot Chat provides AI-driven conversational assistance for various tasks. I have been using Copilot since its release and plan to commit significant time in the coming months to mastering its capabilities.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I have general technical support skills, with experience in troubleshooting, system configuration, and user assistance. My background includes diagnosing technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth IT operations. I am comfortable working with various software and hardware systems and have hands-on experience in customer support and problem resolution.

Excel

I have Excel skills and a understanding of its full capabilities, including data analysis, automation with formulas and macros, pivot tables, and advanced functions. I have also attended in-person Excel boot camps, further enhancing my proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and efficiency optimization within Excel.
