The process involved connecting Power BI to Dynamics 365 using Dataverse (Common Data Service), extracting and transforming data in Power Query, and creating interactive visualizations. Data relationships were established, and DAX calculations were applied for advanced metrics. The report includes key metrics such as source method, top ten clients, clients by industry, contacts, source person, renewals, clients by location, clients by size, and clients by type. The final report was published to Power BI Service, ensuring automated data refresh and seamless sharing with stakeholders.
